Step 1 To Creating a Brand Style Guide

Collect inspirational images, words, phrases, and colors that you feel could and or do represent your brand's 6 key elements.

There are 6 key elements of a brand style guide:

  1. Brand story
  2. Brand voice
  3. Logo
  4. Imagery
  5. Color palette
  6. Typography

  • How to lay them out, your style guide.
  • Voice

  • These are the words and phrases we use.
  • Here’s how the home page looks; take screen-shots of examples you like.  List the pros and cons so you create an adaptable guide.

Step 6 To Creating a Brand Style Guide

Cycle back and check everything, then plan for your evolution.  A brand and its branding are a living, breathing thing that changes and adapts with time.
